Exams are officially over...Bt I won't talk about it at all...It won't make a difference..The holidays have arrived for me..My parents are pressuring me to find a job but I don't want to...I have a lot of money..Nearly $300 of personal savings and almost 10 times the amount in my bank..Plus I'll get another $750 from scholarships and a $200 gift by my parents after the O Levels...So I really don't see a reason why I should find a job..Totally unneccessary and not to mention..Tiring

Anyway...Over to the main topic..which is the Hari Raya visits on the 8th of November...Deepavali on thursday..Sufyan's account gives a detailed view of what happened so I'll keep this one as short as plausible

We started off at Hafiz's house..I arrived first at 11am..We watched the incredibly violent but strangely satisfying movie Apocalypto on his 42 inch LCD TV..I watched it already but watching it with my friends is different..They came(in order) from me,Rahmat,Zaid,Johan,Sufyan and Amirul

Next was Shalihins's house..Normal..Did nothing much except for eating some delicacies and also watching Miss USA on TV

Next up was my house..It was a pity that at that time my TV was spoilt aND IN it's place was and old and rather small television set..My parents have recently bought a 37 inch TOSHIBA REGZA LCD/HD television set that costs around $2500..Pity that they did'nt get to enjoy it..Then all my guests ate and my dining room and then at that moment Diaz came..I then introduced my Nintendo DS to them and then I lead the prayers for the first time..I would say it turned out fine

Then came Sufyan's house..The only highlight of the visit was that we get to enjoy a generous helping of KFC delicacies and cakes...It was good in terms of food..We then played Guns on his PC and I think its an interesting game that I'm going to try

Then we went to Rahmat's house...We ate while watching Transformers on TV..I don't know why but we didn't stay long

Next was Zaid's house which turned out to be the most fun visit on that day..It was because we played Halo 2 on his Xbox...We played spilt screen deathmatches and I always won using meelee attacks..Never underestimate the power of meelee attacks..But I was powerless against the experienced player Zaid..He was in his element..and I'm a noob int the game..Wat do you expect?We the ate(AGAIN!!!)

Then was diaz's house..We played with the vast array of toys meant for Diaz's small toddler cousins(It's his cousins right?..not sure)Then we ate and then performed 2 prayers with Diaz and Hafiz leading

Lastly was Johan's house..There was no one in so we played some songs loudly while Hafiz,Diaz and Zaid played a traditional Malay game Congkak..Some of the songs include "Home" on Diaz's phone,"Total Eclispe Of The Heart","The Rose","Still Here","Seasons In The Sun" all by Westlife and also a Gundam themed song and "Bet On It" by Zach Efron..Then when played soccer in his house...Haha..And in the end when we were going home,Johan said that if we can answer some questions correctly we get more money..His first question was,"When is my Birthday?" I answered "26 July" as fast as lightning and got the reward...The next question was what's his favourite colour which we all guessed but Diaz got it with him answering "green"...
In the end I collected $26...Not bad

Anyway my parents bought a new car for about $50,000 I think and sold the old one for about $20,000..The old was a seven seater MPv while the new one is a 5 seater and a much smaller saloon car(Mitsubishi)..I don't know I'm kind of against it but what's done is done..I don't even know if its an upgrade or a downgrade of our previous car...

Westlife land UK album chart No.1
Westlife have topped the UK album chart with their ninth LP Back Home.

The Irish boyband scored their seventh number one album by toppling The Eagles, whose Long Road Out Of Eden fell one place down the chart.

There was another new entry in the top ten for McFly, as their best of collection landed at number four, while Boyz II Men went straight in at number eight with Motown Hitsville USA.

Britney Spears' Blackout slipped out of the top 10 entirely after just one week.

Whew!!Thats good news considering Home was only number three in the UK charts and slipped into number 5 this week

I wanted to post "Us Against The World" from the album but as Sufyan aleready posted it I think i'd rather not follow him(it's an absolutely fantastic song by the way)..So I'll post another song from the album..."Have You Ever"...A great song with good harmonising vocals..Its a great song for somebody having a break up...(Hmmm...I can't remember who..I just remember that person's name to start with the letter J)..Anyway i'll review the album when I open up an new blog soon so check it out..
